ALTERATIONS

In the unlikely event that you don’t love your purchase from Idarzee, don’t fret. We offer friendly alterations, exchanges and returns.

Please note : The below policy applies to all items except items discounted (marked down) in Sales and promotional offers.

Notify us within 3 days of receipt of order via email on connect@idarzee.com regarding your alterations request. We will send you an email confirmation, post which, you need to ship the unused product to us (at the shipping address mentioned below) in its original packaging along with the invoice and all labels/ trimmings intact.

Please note: Use the below guideline to check whether your ordered items are eligible for alterations, exchanges or returns.

For size related garments like kurta sets, suits, kurtas, tunics, tops, blouses, pants, salwars, lowers and sarees where the blouse has been stitched, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we offer free alteration to the extent possible within the constraints of the fabric and design. All you need to do is ship us the garment and we will alter it free of charge and ship it back to you.

Our customers love the ability to customise our catalogue designs to their personal size, style, colour and fabric preference. And we do everything it takes to make this experience a delight. Most of the times the customised garment comes out perfect, but sometimes you may have measured yourself wrong or may not like the style customisation you chose. If that were to happen, we back you all the way with suggestions and alterations. We leave no stone unturned to make the outfit work for you.

Please note : All return shipments must be sent by the customer via a trackable courier service like FEDEX, DHL or UPS. We do not accept return shipments via ordinary post or postage service that do not provide online tracking to doorstep.

Please note: The return shipping cost and any duties/ taxes arising on the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Idarzee provides free alteration and ships back the altered garment to the customer at no extra charge.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

Please note : The below policy applies to all unstitched items ( sarees, dupattas, shawls and stoles) except items discounted (marked down) in Sales and promotional offers and items done under pre-order, bespoke and custom made basis.

We will send you an email confirmation, post which, you need to ship the unused product to us (at the shipping address mentioned below) in its original packaging along with the invoice and all labels/ trimmings intact.

For ready to ship non tailored ( non stitched garments ( excluding custom made orders or pre-orders) i.e. sarees ( without tailored blouse), shawls, stoles and dupattas, we offer you an exchange or a store credit (with 3 month validity) without any deduction. In case you want a money refund and not store credit, we will refund the money to your credit card/ PayPal account or bank account after deducting a restocking fee of 6% to cover us for payment and order processing charges. The amount will be credit in customer bank or original payment source within 7-10 working days. Refund or Store credit is offered in the currency of purchase ( the currency in which you paid us). For sarees, where blouse is tailored, we cannot offer a return on the saree. Please note that only sarees without stitched blouses, shawls, dupattas and stoles are eligible for exchange or return excluding pre-order and custom made sarees, shawls, dupattas and stoles.

For Bespoke, Custom Made Orders and Pre-Orders, we don’t offer cancellation, return or refunds. Custom made orders, are orders where customisation has been done to customer’s specific requirements not available in the ready to ship standard product. Custom made orders include the bespoke and pre-order products in our catalogue.

RETURN CONDITIONS
 

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
  • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Talking Threads item tags attached and any related accessories included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Idarzee reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

 

RECEIVING REFUND

Please note: Refund is applicable only on items eligible for returns. For more details see above.

  • You can opt to receive a refund either as store credit or your money back.
  • Incase of store credit we offer full refund without deduction. Store credits are valid upto 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Cash refunds ( money back) will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment with a 6% restocking fee deduction.
  • We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding India public holidays.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Orders placed at Idarzee are non-cancellable after 24 hours from the time of purchase. For requests on combining orders, changing size, editing billing and shipping details or adding pieces to an existing order please email us at connect@idarzee.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If the order has gone into production, size amendment requests may not be possible to accommodate.
